About the Scheme
The NSP ICAR Postgraduate National Talent Scholarship (NTS-PG) 2026 is an opportunity provided by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to students pursuing PG courses in Agricultural Universities. This scholarship supports the higher education of highly talented students. The selected candidates shall receive a scholarship of ₹5,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
• To be eligible, an applicant must: • take up studies in approved courses and secure admission in the Agricultural University located outside their State of domicile. • maintain merit and good conduct, as certified by the Head of the College/University/Institution. • not remain absent without prior permission and not participate in any agitation/strike etc. during the period. • pursue studies on a whole-time basis and not take up any job, even on a part-time basis. • not leave their course of study within one month of admission, otherwise no scholarship shall be paid.
