About the Scheme
The Government of Himachal Pradesh offers a variety of scholarship programs through the Department of Higher Education to support deserving students pursuing higher education. Some of these scholarship programs include the Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana, Kalpana Chawla Chatravriti Yojana, Maharishi Balmiki Chatravriti Yojana, and Swami Vivekanand Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana for the academic year 2024-25. All four scholarships provide financial assistance to students, particularly those from underserved communities, to help them achieve academic excellence. While each program has its own specific eligibility criteria, they share a common goal of promoting higher education in Himachal Pradesh. The scholarships may cover tuition fees, living expenses, or other educational costs. Source: National Scholarship Portal (NSP)
