About the Scheme
The Swami Dayanand India Scholarship 2026-27 is offered by the Swami Dayanand Education Foundation. This scholarship provides financial assistance to meritorious students pursuing undergraduate professional courses in India. Selected students will receive financial support of up to ₹50,000 per academic year.

Eligibility Criteria
• To be eligible, an applicant must:- • be enrolled in the first year of a full-time undergraduate professional degree programme in India • have secured a minimum of 80% marks or equivalent CGPA in Class 12 • have an annual family income of ₹12 lakh or less from all sources • be pursuing one of the eligible professional courses listed below: • Engineering & Technology — B.Tech./B.E. • Medicine — MBBS • Dentistry — BDS • Nursing — B.Sc. Nursing/B.Nursing • Pharmacy — B.Pharm./Pharm.D • Architecture — B.Arch. • Veterinary Science — BVSc & AH • Note:- • Students who have taken a gap year after Class 12 and students already pursuing a second year or higher are not eligible to apply. • Preference will be given to first-generation college students and academically meritorious female students from deprived backgrounds.

Admissions & Course Track
Post-Matric (Class 11–12), Professional courses and Undergraduate students in Class 12, UG Year 1–2 studying Engineering & Technology, Medicine & Health Sciences and Natural Sciences.
Nationality
Open to Indian nationals.

Minimum 80% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

Preference is given to first-generation learners.
